Harley I was born in Medford, Wisconsin. I moved to Mcminnville, TN in 2002 and apprenticed under Jack Feingold. After awhile I moved back to Wisconsin and a year or two later I started Harley's tattoo 'n body piercing of which I was the proud owner for five years.I moved back to Tennessee and started tattooing at TCB in June 2010.
